# The Octopus
A giant purple octopus whose tentacles each have their own face and voice. Legend has it that this octopus was an ordinary octopus until someone busted several bags of milk in it, causing it to become self-aware and increase in power.
## In *Egg Soda*
The Octopus (level 24) is an optional boss encountered in Episode 3, when it may float around Frank's establishment begging to be fed. The main octopus body and its tentacles are considered separate enemies during this encounter. Using a physical attack may cause the attacker to be inflicted with poison (or as the French say, *la poisson*).
